Program #1: This it the best program by far. The advantages are the mental and the physical addictions are broken. The pleasure of smoking is removed, and each of your personal smoking triggers is addressed and eliminated. Other pop-up habits are dealt with like changes in eating habits, personality changes and so on. The goal here is to eliminate your smoking habit and not replace it with another. You will be taught self Hypnosis. You will get two free reinforcement sessions. The reinforcement sessions are good if you have a stressful situation after you quit that may tempt you to start smoking again. Example you have a death of or ill family member. Change in your financial situation. Change in your relationship. The reinforcement sessions are why the success rate is so high. This is the original program I provided. Program #2: Identical to program #1 except no reinforcement sessions are provided.

Program #3: Accelerated version of program #2. Advantages: Price of program is less. Disadvantages: The nicotine withdrawal is accelerated. Less chances to observe and correct any pop-up habits. The pop-up habits usually don't start until after the second session.

Program #4: Mental addiction program. This program is for people who have stopped smoking with another method but still have the mental addiction to smoking. This is a highly focused program that reinforces your commitment to remain smoke free. It is not a smoking cessation program. Self Hypnosis can't be taught because it is learned over 3 weeks.

Program #5 Mental addiction program. This program is for people who have stopped smoking with another method but still have the mental addiction to smoking. This is a one shot 2 hour program that reinforces your commitment to remain smoke free. It is not a smoking cessation program. Self Hypnosis can't be taught because it is learned over 3 weeks.

Payment for smoking cessation and mental addiction programs are due in full at the start of the first session. Smoking programs are cash only. Heres why.

Other Fees
All other services are based on 3210 Thai Baht (ThB) per hour. (7% VAT tax is included) Base fee 3000 ThB per hour before 7% VAT
Time is billed in 15 minute units. All or part of a unit is billed as a full unit.
