Anger Management

Uncontrolled anger will probably have you standing in front of a judge someday kicking yourself for not having control. Have you ever given any thought as to why some people can manage their anger better than others? Perhaps they have some special ability to vent the anger and bring it to a controllable level. Or could it be that they just see the bigger picture and are able to predict what may happen thus anticipating issues that may bring anger on. Anger is a raw emotion that when properly harnessed can be used in a positive way. Now you must be saying he must be nuts to say that. Lets explore a example of that. On September 11, 2001 there was plenty of emotions to go around. Anger was one of them. Using that anger it became a call to unite. All the events that followed were fueled by that anger.  Some may have felt to just send a nuke over and put a end to it once and for all. It is the knee jerk anger that caused the most harm to yourself or someone close to you. Using Hypnotherapy to tap the unused part of your brain can allow you the ability to take a moment and reflect before doing anything rash. Every person is different, and there is no one size fits all therapy for this. Some people may have been abused as a child and use anger to lash out in defense. Other people just don't think before doing something that could land them in jail. If you are tired and always regretting what you have done as a result of uncontrolled anger, please contact me for your free confidential phone consultation.
